Refund and Cancellation

At Unnati’s Mental Health Care, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy on refunds and cancellations:

  1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
  3. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee, and no refund will be issued.
  4. Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
  5. Booking Modifications: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
